  Run away, as fast as you can! Everything has been disasterous with this company. I echo the sentiment of daily problems stemming from Paychex's errors from small, sending paychecks repeatedly to ex-employees even after multiple discussions about fixing it, to huge, flat out not paying taxes for months on all 30+ employees thus accruing $$$$ excessive late fees they wouldn't take responsibility for. Run and hide! Use a local company. Paychex makes a lot of promises they cannot deliver and possibly never intend to deliver.
